- M&N excavated double storey basement 12.00m deep dig in a tight city centre site off Grafton street. Volume excavation was 12,000m3 all removed by Tipper trucks.
- M&N Site logistics team enabled all this material to be removed safely and efficiently through proper planning and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Spoil removed to licensed facilities. Contaminated spoil went to Irish facility.
- M&N installed Temp propping to secant pile walls in accordance with temp works planner.
- Piling attendances, rock breaking, blinding and under slab drainage.
