- Bulk excavation of approximately 25,000m3 for 8 metre deep basement.
- This was a very logistically challenging project due to its location right in the heart of Dublin and the site Access via Dawson Street and Duke Lane and with the Luas on Dawson Street and the Pedestrian Foot fall of Grafton Street and Dawson Street. It was a challenge we succeeded in without incident and which did not compromise safety or programme delivery at any stage.
- M&N completed all substructure excavations & blinding works for basement slab.
- M&N completed all in slab drainage and testing completion.
