- M&N demolished existing site structure with removal asbestos by specialist contractor.
- Site development works, including site strip 20,000m3 material removed off site, retaining wall between split levels in back gardens, public footpaths & paving, site services, drainage, watermain, gas mains excavation & connection to local services.
- M&N done all the substructure work.
- External works to houses, including drainage, site services, footpaths, house driveway paved, landscaping, bin stores.
- M&N completed 300m deep line drainage in busy public road alongside public school.
- M&N provided the relevant traffic management produces while also having full time road sweeper on site during works.
