M&N Civil Engineering is proud to announce our ongoing delivery of essential infrastructure remediation and upgrade works at IDA Clonshaugh Business & Technology Park, Co. Dublin.
The project represents a significant investment in the park’s long-term functionality and sustainability, with works including:
- Planing and resurfacing of 30,000m² of roadway.
- Remedial works to surface water and foul sewer networks, incorporating trenchless repairs and grease removal.
- Replacement of 10,000m² of concrete footpaths.
- Installation of a 4.8km watermain network, replacing pipework ranging from 100mm to 450mm in diameter, complete with new hydrants, meters, and valves.
- New line marking and wayfinding signage throughout the park.
A Milestone in Digital Transformation
This project also marks a key step forward in M&N Civil Engineering’s digitalisation journey. We have introduced HammerTech, our new safety management platform, enabling fully digital inspections and streamlined reporting.
In addition, we have implemented QR code technology across our plant fleet, allowing site teams instant access to safety checks, inspection records, and maintenance logs directly from site.
These innovations are ensuring greater efficiency, improved safety management, and enhanced transparency for our clients and project teams.
