The Arranmore development will consist of 43 luxury apartments and houses nestled in the affluent suburb of Killiney, Co. Dublin.
Marlet Property Group employed M&N Civil Engineering to complete the Enabling and Demolition works on site to pave the way for commencement of the development.

M&N’s works consisted of the following;

• Enabling works for site access and set up
• The safe removal, packing and disposal of Asbestos containing material
• Soft strip and controlled demolition of 3no. of 2 storey existing dwellings on the property
• Removal of redundant services on site
• Segregating waste to maximise recyclability and removal offsite
