The Arranmore residential development nestled in the affluent suburb of in Killiney, Co Dublin, consists of 43 luxury apartments and houses.
M&N completed the enabling and demolition works on site to pave the way for commencement of the development.

M&N’s scope of works included the following:

• Enabling works for site access and set up including the installation of haul roads and security gates
• Removal of hazardous materials – asbestos containing materials (ACM’s) as identified in Demolition Survey Reports (within properties and scattered fragments throughout site)
• Demolition and removal of 3 no. large detached residential properties – including segregation and recycle of same.
• Removal of redundant services on site
• Segregating waste to maximise recyclability and removal offsite
• Demolition and removal of existing below ground tank systems
• Demolition and removal of existing bituminous hard standing surfaces
• Grubbing up of tree roots and site vegetation and removal offsite.
