The project involved the construction of two no. new Data Centres with a combined footprint of 50,000m2.

M&N’s scope of works included:
• Site strip and disposal of 50,000m3 inert material offsite
• Excavation of substructures consisting of pad and strip foundations (18,000m3)
• Deep line drainage reaching 8.00m depths consisting of 375mm-1200mm diameter pipelines
• 44 kilometres of ducting installed, consisting of MV, LV and Fibre
• Breaking 20,000m3 of rock within trenches and substructures
• Completion of roads, paths and paving around new data centres
