This project involved the demolition of Balroy House in Carpenterstown, Castleknock.

M&N’s scope of works included:

• Complete demolition of main house structure including floor slab and all foundations, stable block structure (including yard and concrete area around the perimeter and all foundations) and tennis court including fencing, tar and concrete works
• Grubbing up all drainage, services, foundations, and all items etc to leave the area level and ready to commence bulk earthworks.
• Complete demolition of any isolated unidentified individual minor structures, including entrance gates and piers x 2, oil tank surrounds and stands, wastewater tanks, steps, paths, isolated areas of fencing.
• All waste material to be segregated and disposed off-site to suitable licensed facilities.
• Septic tank emptied and disposed off-site with certificate issued.
• Oil tank and contaminated soil to be cleared with certification.
• Installation of all underground site infrastructure including service ducting and drainage – both foul and surface water.
