This new development will deliver a modern office scheme comprising approximately 20,519m² of office space, The development will include 24 basement-level car spaces accessed via a car lift.

M&N Civil Engineering successfully delivered subcontract works at One Adelaide Road, a landmark commercial development for Irish Life, in partnership with Walls Construction Ltd.
This high-profile project involved the construction of a technically complex two-storey basement, forming the structural foundation for a new 10-storey office development within a constrained city-centre location.

Operating within a tight urban footprint, adjacent to live rail infrastructure and under a demanding programme, M&N coordinated excavation, temporary works, and structural elements with a strong focus on safety, sequencing, and precision. The complexity of the site required detailed planning, robust methodologies, and close collaboration across all stakeholders.

Leveraging experienced site management and modern plant, the works were delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality specification.  This project demonstrates M&N’s capability to deliver complex civil engineering works in highly constrained urban environments—providing programme certainty, minimising risk, and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale commercial developments.
