M&N Civil Engineering has been appointed by Glenveagh Homes Ltd to deliver the site development and civil engineering works for Phase 2 of the Ballymastone residential development in Donabate, Co. Dublin.

Ballymastone forms part of a major masterplanned scheme that will deliver one of the largest residential developments in Ireland, providing high-quality housing alongside essential infrastructure and community amenities.

Our scope of works includes:

• Establishment of site compound and temporary haul roads
• Road construction works (kerb-to-kerb)
• Installation of stormwater and foul drainage networks
• Watermain installation and utility ducting
• Construction of attenuation systems and associated site services
• Footpaths and local access infrastructure
