Project refurbishment of the old Bank of Ireland HQ. Involved extensive excavation works in an extremely confined environment for drainage and services. Temp works, sheet piling for deep drainage ranging up to 4.5m deep. A considerable amount of the works had to occur outside normal working hours, due to noise restrictions
