The North City Operations Depot is a new central hub for Fingal County Council located in Ballymun. The development included the construction of a new depot and civic amenity site which included a four-storey office building with staff welfare and canteen facilities, bin store, plant areas, multistorey car park and a central stores warehouse building and workshops.

M&N’s scope of works included the following:

• Site strip and disposal of over 30,000m³ greenfield inert to licensed tips
• Excavation of substructures, bulk filling of lean mix and the installation of 800mm watermain diversion
• The provision of 3 no. new site entrances
• Attenuation tanks and pond installation
• External works, yard slabs, paving, precast and drainage kerbs, footpaths, and roads
• Installation of electrical ducting, stormwater, and foul water drainage
