M&N scope of works:

• Site strip and removal off site of 20,000m³ spoil
• Excavation of structural pads and installation of concrete blinding
• Installation of all underground site infrastructure including service ducting and drainage – both foul and surface water

M&N worked to a very time sensitive program on this project, as the duration from commencement on site to handover was less than 52 weeks.
